Sales Executive & Business Development
We close on time, communicate without being chased, and run on infrastructure that doesn’t break under volume. That’s the story you get to tell. We’re looking for Sales Executives and Business Development professionals who want to build a real estate referral network — and keep it — because the operations team behind them can deliver.
What the role looks like
- Build and manage referral relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and attorneys in your market
- Represent Alltech at closings, open houses, broker events, and networking meetings
- Work directly with our settlement and operations team to set and meet turnaround expectations for your clients
- Grow a book of business with uncapped commission and full back-office support
What we’re looking for
- Experience in title sales, mortgage, real estate, or a related field — or a strong network in one of those industries
- A track record of building referral relationships, not just managing accounts
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-state environment
- Based in or near one of our active markets: Northern Virginia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, South Florida, Austin, or Denver

Computer Engineer
Alltech runs on technology we build and control. We use AI to streamline title search, automate file management, and reduce the manual work that slows down most title companies. We’re looking for a Computer Engineer to help us build the next layer of that infrastructure.
What the role looks like
- Design, build, and maintain systems that support title search, document processing, and closing operations
- Work with AI tools and APIs to automate repetitive tasks across the title workflow
- Integrate with third-party platforms including title software, lender portals, and county recording systems
- Collaborate directly with operations leadership — short feedback loops, no bureaucracy
What we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals — we care about what you can build, not where you went to school
- Experience with APIs, automation, and building internal tools
- Interest in applying AI and machine learning to real-world document and workflow problems
- Comfortable working in a lean team where your work has direct business impact
