Outside the DMV the company operates as Alltech National Title across Pennsylvania, Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, and Florida. That operation runs under the ATG Title name because the DMV market knows that name. The national operation runs under Alltech National Title, using the same team, the same technology, and the same operational standards that earned the DC ranking.

The team
Alltech is run by people who have spent careers in title — not technologists who learned the industry on the side. Mo Choumil (Founder & CEO) built the first fully-digital title operation in DC. Hope Ottoviani (COO) manages the multi-state network. Debra Patti, Esq. has been closing Pittsburgh real estate for 30+ years. Elena Gallo leads Cook County operations from Chicago.
